Refund Policy

We will process a refund within two weeks of receiving your return. We inspect all returns and if the product is damaged, we will contact you regarding the return.  We do not accept laundered or heavily soiled items. If we deem your returned item to be in used condition, a restocking fee will be assessed.

The customer is responsible for return charges. We will subtract the amount of the discounted USPS shipping from your return, after we have received the blanket back in our facility.

Returning your product through USPS is the fastest and cheapest way to return it. We offer you the lowest rate and speediest shipping with USPS Ground.

You can print the label and drop it off at any USPS location to ship back to us for a refund.
